This Privacy Policy explains how GargantuaLab ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the mobile game 100numbers (the "App"). By using the App you agree to this policy.
The App does not require an account and we do not ask for or collect any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, or phone number).
Your game progress, settings, and premium status are stored locally on your device. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us. Removing the App deletes this local data.
The App offers an optional in-app purchase (removal of advertising and additional content). Purchases are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive or store your payment details. Please refer to the applicable store's privacy policy for how your payment information is handled.
The free version of the App may display advertising provided by third-party advertising networks through the Unity LevelPlay mediation platform (ironSource), currently including Unity Ads. To serve and measure ads, these third parties may collect information such as a device advertising identifier and limited usage data. This data is collected and controlled by those third parties under their own privacy policies, not by us.
For users in the EEA and the UK, we use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request your consent for personalized advertising; you can change your choice at any time. On iOS, tracking uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework: you will be asked for permission and can decline. You can also limit ad tracking in your device settings at any time. If you purchase the ad-free version, advertising is disabled.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.
Because we do not collect personal data, we do not hold information tied to your identity. For data handled by advertising partners or the app stores, you may exercise your rights (including under the GDPR and similar laws) directly with those providers, or by using your device's privacy and ad settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
